The whole rustic experience is perfect for those up for an adventure. Outside furniture makes for a comfortable afternoon chill session. The outdoor kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor bathroom with views of the sea is special 😁10Verified Relaxation and beautiful views ☺ Relaxing and felt like a “get away” from the crazy of every day life. Verified Janis is a lovely host!From the beginning to end everything was perfect. Olive Cottage was super easy to find as the directions she sent before check in were easy to follow. The cottage is exactly as it looks in the pictures, walking distance to restaurants, mini grocery stores, cafes and the beach. It is so peaceful and tranquil. Exactly what you need for a break away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Janis is very responsive and was super helpful with getting us firewood and other tools to have a mini braai by the fire pit on the balcony of the cottage. Also made loads of great suggestions of things to do and places to visit nearby. All in all, a great experience. We really enjoyed our stVerified Lovely place and great stay! Away from home where the natural clean fresh air absorbs and untangles the set angst we are so used to holding onto. The mind's eye stretches across the visible ocean from the deck. Glamping is the setting of Treetops Lodge with its inviting rustic look that immediately brings about a changed "good feeling". King size hammock, open plan kitchen and large comfortable seating on the deck for reading or enjoying the ocean and view. So there we were between the two...the peaceful blue ocean and behind us and around us the rustic and simplicity of glamping at Treetops. We stumbled upon @scarborough nature lodge and quickly booked Olive Tree. Set up on the mountainside with panoramic views of the ocean, we fed our craving for the sea! It didn't even matter that beaches were closed as we took a stroll along the road to Misty Cliffs, very nearby. This was the rare occasion we left the beautiful Olive Tree balcony, as we just couldn't get enough of the views! We were given plenty tips on surrounding things to do and places to go... One of which was The Scone Shack... An absolute must! We cannot wait to return and stay at Tree Tops with our children! Thank you Jan for a memorable stay!recommends Wow what a awesome place . Was really great. View and sound of the sea much enjoyed … Every detail of flowers, plants, the placement of lavender was so refreshing. Wonderful breakaway venue.

A delightful breakaway from the hustle and bustle of the city! Incredible sunsets and views! What a charming lodge up in the treetops. Well run and our host went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastiese wegbreekie. Ek en my man het daar gaan kuier vir ons 2de huweliksherdenking oor ‘n naweek. Dit was great en ‘n fantastiese ervaring. Definitief iets uniek en besonders. Ons het die buite stort geniet en die stilte van die omgewing. Jannis was ‘n fantastiese gasheer en sal beslis terug gaan vir ‘n besoek. Dit is die ideale plek as mens net wil bietjie ontspan en afsluit van die elke dag se lewe.
